Essentially any source: ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, BMD, Odoo), CRM, online stores, cloud services, databases, REST APIs, and even Excel exports as a temporary or supplementary solution. During the analysis phase, we assess what is technically feasible.
Both options are possible and depend on your needs. Power BI is quick to set up and sufficient for many scenarios. Creating your own web dashboards makes sense if you have specific requirements, want to integrate the dashboards into existing systems, or need to give customers direct access.
A data warehouse is a central database that collects and organizes data from multiple sources. For simple scenarios involving a single source, you don’t necessarily need one. However, as soon as you need to combine multiple systems or historical analysis becomes important, it is the most sensible foundation.
Costs and Timing
That depends largely on the scope: the number of data sources, the complexity of the data, and the desired level of detail in the dashboard. Simpler projects with a single source and a clear scope can often be handled as a fixed-price project. We’ll provide a concrete initial assessment during our first consultation.
With a clear scope and available data sources, initial functional dashboards can be ready in 2 to 4 weeks. More complex data infrastructure setups involving multiple sources take 4 to 8 weeks. We provide early results rather than delivering everything at once.
Operations and Data Protection
