We consolidate your data from all systems and generate reports that are always accurate. No need to export data or compile it manually.
Operations in Austria · One Number for Everything
The report is compiled manually, is already out of date by the time it's sent out, and contradicts what another system says. This isn't an organizational problem; it's a data problem.
Hours spent on reports that no one reads, numbers that are already outdated by the time they're sent out, and spreadsheets that only the person who created them can understand.
The inventory management system says one thing, the customer management system says another, and the online store says something else entirely. Without a common basis, the loudest number wins.
The key figures are compiled manually, vary depending on the source, and are released with a delay of several weeks. You can't manage taxes that way.
A nice analysis based on inaccurate data is more dangerous than no analysis at all. That's why we first lay the groundwork to ensure the numbers are reliable.
Reports that can be used without IT knowledge and that show the figures actually used to make decisions.
Data from all systems is automatically retrieved, cleaned, and consolidated. From that point on, no one works with extract files anymore.
A single dashboard for all departments, with historical data. This also makes it possible to compare data across years.
Once defined, it is calculated automatically. Always using the same formula, regardless of who retrieves it.
Errors rarely occur during analysis. They occur earlier, when data is retrieved incompletely or merged incorrectly.
An analysis is only as good
as the data it is based on.
That's why we continuously monitor data quality and will notify you before any incorrect figures appear in your report.
Which decisions need to be improved? The answer to that question determines everything else, including the choice of technology.
What decisions are made every day, and what data is missing to support them? We understand the processes before anything is built. This prevents reports that no one ever opens.
Where is the data located, what is its condition, and which systems can be integrated? The end result is an inventory and a data model.
Automatic retrieval, cleaning, and consolidation. From this point on, the data flows into a central database without any manual intervention.
This clean foundation gives rise to overviews that decision-makers actually use: clear, quick, and requiring no training. Created together with you, not for you.
The processing is monitored, and data quality errors are automatically detected and reported. New metrics are added on an ongoing basis.
The biggest risk isn't the technology itself, but a finished system that no one uses because it was built without taking user needs into account.
Power BI, custom dashboards, or a combination of both: The technology adapts to your needs. We work with you beforehand to determine what decision-makers need.
Company data is sensitive. Access rights, encryption, and a log of all accesses are standard for us.
Data processing and storage take place in Austrian data centers, in compliance with the GDPR and without the use of U.S. providers.
After launch, the same team that built the database will remain responsible for it.
Virtually any source: inventory management, customer management, online stores, production systems, databases, and interfaces. Spreadsheets can also be integrated, either as a temporary solution or as a supplement. We’ll assess what’s possible during the initial assessment.
Both are possible. Power BI is quick to set up and is sufficient in many cases. Custom dashboards in the browser are useful when they are embedded in existing systems or when customers need access to them.
It isn't absolutely necessary when dealing with a single source. However, as soon as multiple systems are consolidated or comparisons over longer periods become important, it is the most sensible basis.
If the scope is clear and sources are available, initial usable overviews can be provided in two to four weeks. A larger project involving multiple sources takes four to eight weeks. We provide interim updates early on, rather than delivering everything at the end.
We. We monitor execution times, completeness, and errors, and notify you before an incorrect value creeps into an analysis.
Exclusively in Austria. No U.S. providers, no data processing outside the European Union, with clearly defined access rights.
If the data is still stored in separate systems, the first step is to establish connections.
In thirty minutes, we'll show you how this could be done with your existing systems.
