The transmission is automatically repeated, so nothing is lost. If the problem persists, the monitoring system will notify both us and you.
We use versioned interfaces to ensure that an update does not disrupt the connection. If the manufacturer makes a fundamental change, we’ll make the necessary adjustments as part of our support services.
