Technical Information
Basically, any system that has an API or allows database access. Typical examples include ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, BMD, Odoo), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), cloud services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), and production machines via OPC UA. If you’re unsure, just ask.
In that case, we’ll build our own connector. Many older systems don’t have a REST API, but they do offer database access, file export, or proprietary protocols. We have experience with legacy integrations via ODBC, CSV imports, and proprietary interfaces.
Each endpoint is secured using OAuth 2.0 or API key authentication. All connections are encrypted using TLS 1.3. We implement rate limiting, logging, and anomaly detection. Our cybersecurity team reviews the architecture for vulnerabilities before we go live.
Procedure and Costs
A simple bidirectional connection between two systems can typically be implemented in 2 to 4 weeks. More complex scenarios involving multiple systems, data cleansing, or industry protocols take 4 to 10 weeks. We will provide a realistic estimate following our analysis.
