We monitor server availability, CPU and memory usage, database connections, SSL certificates, backup jobs, CI/CD pipeline status, and application-specific metrics. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, alerts are automatically triggered and the responsible team is notified.
Our system alerts us immediately. Depending on the severity, we respond within minutes. In the event of critical outages, we take immediate action, even at night and on weekends. You’ll be proactively informed, but you won’t have to handle it yourself.
Yes. First, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing infrastructure, identify any outstanding risks, and document everything. Then we set up monitoring, backups, and deployment processes. This typically takes 3 to 7 days.
Backups and Security
3 copies of the data, stored on 2 different media, with 1 copy located at a different site. This ensures that a single failure, fire, or theft will never affect all backups. We test the recovery process regularly and report the results.
Critical security updates are installed as soon as they become available; they are always tested in a staging environment first and then deployed to production. Non-critical updates are grouped together during regular maintenance windows. You will always be notified.
SLA and response times
In the event of critical outages, we respond within minutes, even at night and on weekends. Our monitoring system automatically alerts us as soon as a defined threshold is exceeded. You will be notified proactively and do not need to contact us yourself.
Yes. Our contracts include a defined target availability level. If this target is not met for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a reduction in fees: If availability falls below 99%, the reduction is scaled, reaching up to 75% for availability below 50%. We will discuss the exact terms during our initial consultation and set them out in writing.
